We are celebrating Mothers Day with lots of treats and chin scratches for all our new moms who have been working so hard this spring taking care of their big, bouncing babies!
Dear Laura,
Found your blog this morning on the NASSA site and was hooked immediately. Love what you both are doing with your farm, and delighted that you have Shetland sheep. Shetlands practically in Lexington! What a delight. Your little flock is handsome, and it’s easy to tell that the sheep and their many buddies are loved and happy. I’m in Lexington too, and washing, combing and spinning my first Shetland fleece. Have become besotted with the breed. Someday, when my twins are a bit older…sheep of our own? One can dream.
Very best,
Natalie
